Step 1. - Position yourself on your knees and arms.

Step 2. - Bend your right knee and slowly raise your right foot as high as possible, bring your leg back down. Switch sides to train the opposite glutes. 4 sets / 10-15 repetitions / 60 sec

SPIDERMANS

Step 1. - Go to the plank position and look directly at the floor. Align your neck with your spine. 

Step 2. - Raise your right knee and stretch it towards your elbow, then bring it back again. Change, now do the same movement with the left knee. 4 sets / 10-15 repetitions / 60 sec

KICK OUTS

Step 1. - Position yourself on your knees and arms.

Step 2. - Bend your right knee, slowly raise your right foot as high as possible and pull your leg back down. Switch sides to train the opposite glutes. 4 sets / 10-15 repetitions / 60 sec

TOE TOCHES 

Step 1. - Position yourself on your arms and left knee. 

Step 2. - Extend your right leg slightly over the floor, slowly lifting it up and down (not too high). Don't arch your back and squeeze your glutes as you lift your leg. 4 sets / 10-15 repetitions / 60 sec 

DOUBLE LEG PRESS & ALTERNATE LEG PRESS

Step. 1 - Position yourself on your arms and stay in the crunch position.

Step. 2 - Bend your knees close to your chest and stretch your legs with your toes up, put your legs back on. With the Alernate Leg Press, the movement is currently carried out with only one leg. 4 sets / 10-15 repetitions / 60 sec 

IN & OUTS

Step 1. - Position yourself on your arms and stay in the crunch position.

Step 2. - Extend your legs a few centimeters above the floor in a wide V and pull them back together, start again. The legs should touch when pulling together. 4 sets / 10-15 repetitions / 60 sec 

ABDOMINAL TWIST

Step 1. - Put your hands behind your head or ears.

Step 2. - Now raise your head and touch your right knee with your left elbow while pulling your knee towards your head. At the same time, stretch your right leg and hold it a few centimeters above the floor. Switch, right elbow to left knee. 4 sets / 10-15 repetitions / 60 sec 

LEG LIFTS

Step 1. - Position yourself on your arms and stay in the crunch position or lie flat on the floor with your back. Place both hands either on the sides or under your glutes, however you feel comfortable.

Step 2. - Raise both legs in the air and then lower them half or completely, then lift them up again. 4 sets / 10-15 repetitions / 60 sec
